This piece feels calm and still, like a quiet moment at the end of the day. The soft light across the horizon creates a gentle glow, with touches of pink that bring warmth into the scene.
There are only two small houses in the distance, each one sitting on its own. They feel close, but still separate, like a quiet kind of distance that so many people feel. It made me think about how easy it is to feel alone, even in a world where we are all still here together.
The texture comes through in the layers of acrylic, giving depth while keeping everything soft and open. The light shifts gently across the surface, adding a sense of movement without taking away from the stillness.
