Falling Lilacs
This piece feels soft and a little magical to me, like stepping into a quiet place hidden from everything else. The hanging lilacs create a gentle curtain of purple, and everything feels calm, almost as though time has slowed down.
I used silver and purple textured rocks and crystals along the branches and leaves to create a sense of movement, while touches of gold foil catch the light and add a soft glow across the water.
There is a peacefulness to the scene, but also a quiet mystery, like a place you could get lost in for a while and not want to leave.
